Our commitment
We will put our 14+ years experience working at the intersection of Legal and Marketing areas in some of the biggest sports organisations at your service. Even though each case is unique (and circumstances, priorities and budgets vary greatly from Rights Holder to Rights Holder), we believe the same general principles apply to every advice provided across the industry:
simple, clear and actionable advice
Nothing is more frustrating than advice that is either too complicated to understand, or too complex to act upon. We promise no-nonsense advice on what to do and how to do it.
EFFICIENCY IN MANAGING RESOURCEs
Managing your IP is supposed to generate revenue, not expenses. And in today's digital world, where information is free and tools are plentiful, there are lots of opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiency at the same time.
creativity in finding solutions
Thinking outside the box is often the best way to find solutions and compromises to issues and projects.
